Returns & Exchanges
Shopping online can make sizing tricky. If your item doesn't fit, we're happy to offer a store credit, gift card, or exchange.
Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Items with a manufacturing fault are eligible for a full refund following in-house inspection and photo evidence. Please take care when trying on items, as excessive damage may void a faulty return request.
All returns must be lodged and sent back within 30 days of delivery, in original condition.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or variant, subject to stock availability. For alternative items, store credit will be issued.

Club Just reserves the right to reject returns submitted outside the return window or items that are not returned in their original condition. In these cases, the parcel will be returned to the customer, and any associated shipping costs will not be covered by Club Just.
