Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.

Yes! you can make changes to your order within 30 minutes of completing your purchase.
You can edit your order via:
- The confirmation page immediately after checkout, or
- The link in your order confirmation email.
Once the 30-minute window has passed, your order will begin processing and we won’t be able to make any further changes.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, or left unattended at the delivery address (e.g. porch, mailbox, front door), ownership of the parcel transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery. Club Just is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Returns & Refunds
We understand that shopping online can make sizing tricky. If your item doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
All returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Faulty Items
Items with a manufacturing fault are eligible for a full refund following in-house inspection and photo evidence. Please take care when trying on items, as excessive wear or damage may void a faulty return request.

- Items must be returned in original condition
Condition of Return
All items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Returned with original tags, packaging, and protection
- Free from deodorant marks, stains, or odours
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or variant, subject to stock availability.
If you wish to exchange for a different item, store credit will be issued.
